Along with the forum, the XVI Russia and Germany Partner Cities Conference will be held, which is an important part of the development of bilateral relations between Russia and Germany
About Forum
Kaluga Region is one of the most economically developed regions of Russia. For a number of years, it has been a leader in the growth rate of industry, real incomes of the population, and the level of implemented technologies. The success in the economy is the result of the policy aimed at the creation of comfortable conditions for attracting investment and business development. Further improvement of the business climate is one of the main tasks for the authorities of Kaluga Region.

In June, the International Economic Forum «Kaluga 650: Partnership for Development» will start its work. The event will bring together representatives of the business community, government authorities, state corporations, development institutions, and leading international experts. The main task of the Forum is to find new effective forms of joint work for successful transformation of economic processes. The Forum takes place in the year of the 650th anniversary of Kaluga, and the agenda includes numerous cultural events.

In order to prevent a coronavirus infection (COVID - 19), participants must take a COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.

Please note that undergoing PCR testing is an essential condition for the badge collection. The certificate must be received no earlier than 72 hours before the badge collection. Please, provide the certificate at the registration desk in a printed form (the original of the certificate, a photocopy or a printed electronic version).

We ask the participants for understanding to preventive measures. The health and safety of the Forum participants are top priority for the organizers.
Simultaneously, the XVI Russia and Germany Partner Cities Conference will be held as a part of the Year
of Germany in Russia 2020/2021. It will be attended by politicians, government and business representatives, as well as public organizations. Nowadays, there are already more than 100 pairs of twin cities in Russia and Germany.
